As we continue our efforts to expand our Wellness Center, we are proud to offer a new program. Take Shape for Life will have its first free informational meeting on June 29th. This program is designed to enable healthy living and weight loss with a free health coach to guide your progress.

Our new meeting room has been a wonderful addition. As we expand with primary care and walk-in care, we hope to expand treatment rooms and labs to enable efficient flow of patients while providing high quality care.
